At RetroEase , customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping is via Japan Post, Sagawa Express, or Yamato Transport —no taxes required. Shipping may not be available in some areas or additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, bike orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered to your designated address within 2-7 business days .
For pre-order items, please check the estimated delivery date on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends), Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).
- Some remote or difficult to access locations may incur additional shipping charges and we do not deliver to mailboxes.
- Once the item has been delivered, RetroEase is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Delivery changes and cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order or change the shipping address or model, please contact us at support@RetroEase.jp on the same day of your order (during business hours, by 5:00 PM Japan Standard Time).
Cancellations, address changes, and model changes will only be effective after you receive a confirmation email from our support team. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.
After shipping (next day):
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. We will attempt to intercept (recover) the package, but if successful, a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will apply. If the interception is unsuccessful, you can choose to refuse delivery.
