Based on the above, we have established a process to ensure safe and secure delivery of frames and maximize customer satisfaction.

Why do pre-ordered items sometimes arrive later than the beginning of the month? + -

We cannot provide information regarding shipping or delivery dates. Displays such as "Early Month" or "Mid-Month" indicate that the product is approaching its arrival at our base. We will proceed with the shipping process as soon as the product arrives, but delivery may be delayed from the indicated delivery date.

[Example] After receiving an item scheduled to arrive in early May on May 8th, we will immediately prepare it, ship it on May 10th, and have it arrive on May 12th.

How can I extend battery life? + -

To extend the battery life, please note the following:

1. Regular charging: Even if you do not use the battery for a long period of time, please charge it regularly. Do not let the battery fully discharge.

3. Care after use: After use, remove the battery and wipe off any dirt or moisture.

4. Charging environment: It is recommended to charge at room temperature. Avoid charging in extreme temperatures.

5. Use the original charger: Always use the original charger that came with the product. Using a non-original charger may shorten the battery life.

Following these precautions will help extend the life of your battery and maintain optimal performance.

How to maintain your car chain + -

The headlight on/off switch is located on the side of the smart instrument panel controller.

There is also a wiring plug near the headlight body. If the plug is loose, insert it firmly all the way in.

When inserting, pay attention to the direction of the arrow and connect correctly.

Assist is ineffective + -

Please follow the steps below to resolve the following issues: 1. Power Reset: Turn the power off while parking your bike, then turn it back on. This may improve pedaling performance. 2. Battery Charging: The battery may not have come with a charging card or may be low on charge. Charge it before use. 3. Protection Circuit (Discharge Circuit Breaker): The discharge circuit breaker is a protection circuit built into the battery. It protects the battery from damage caused by abnormal current flow, primarily due to bicycle errors (such as impacts). Insert the charger into the battery. After charging for a while, the problem should resolve itself. 4. Dirt on the Current Collector Terminals: When removing the battery from the bike, you may find metal terminals that cannot properly transmit power due to dirt or other contaminants. Wipe the surface of these terminals with a tissue. 5. Check the Wiring Plug: The wiring plug may be loose. Check the rear wheel motor section and the front wheel wiring section. When inserting the missing plug, make sure the arrows are pointing in the same direction. This will ensure a proper connection. 6. Motor Unit Overload: The motor unit may be overloaded. Please set the assistance level to level 1 and drive with a light load. It may return to normal after a while. If the above methods do not work, please contact us via our official email address.

Can you repair it if it breaks? + -

Simple repairs such as tire repairs and gear adjustments can be handled at your local bicycle shop, just like with a regular e-bike.

However, there may be rare cases where we are unable to accommodate your request, so we recommend that you contact us by phone in advance.

Additionally, some privately owned bicycle shops welcome customers to bring in their own bicycles for repairs, so if there is such a shop near you, please feel free to contact them.

You can use the adjuster to adjust the cable tension and return it to normal.

If tension issues persist, you can adjust the gearbox's operating range using the adjustment screw.

If you would like to have your product repaired, please contact us.

As with most hydraulic brakes, we recommend having this repaired at your local bike shop.

Also, make sure the brake cable is not caught on the caliper adjuster as shown in the photo.

If it does get stuck, gently pull up on the cable and then return it to its original position.

What is the repair process? + -

Simple repairs such as fixing a flat tire or installing a gear shifter should be able to be done at your local bicycle shop, just like with hydraulic brakes.

However, there are rare cases where we may have to decline your request, so we recommend that you call us to confirm before making a request. Some privately owned bicycle shops may be able to perform repairs in-store, so if you are considering having your bike repaired at a local bicycle shop, please feel free to use their services. Also, if you are able to replace the monitor or pedals yourself, we also sell parts only, so please feel free to contact us.

If you request repairs from us, the process is as follows:

(1) We accept repair requests via email.

(2) We will ship or deliver the product to a repair shop.

(3) Repairs will take approximately 5 to 10 business days.

(4) After the repair is completed, we will contact you with a repair report and payment instructions.

(5) We will either collect the vehicle after repairs or return the frame to you by shipping.

I'm worried about going too fast because it's electrically assisted... + -

The Road Traffic Act limits the assist speed of electric assist bicycles, with the assist power being automatically controlled at a maximum speed of 24 kilometers per hour. The assist power can also be adjusted by switching modes. It is safer to start with a low level of assistance and gradually get used to it.

The saddle is very stiff when moving up and down. + -

The rod-shaped part that supports the saddle is called the "seat post," and it is quite thick due to its special structure that houses the battery.

My disc brakes are squealing, is that ok? + -

Disc brakes are not just our products; our entire product lineup includes all types of bicycle disc brakes. Due to their characteristics, abnormal noise may occur when braking even under normal use.

Brake pads are prone to wear and deterioration, especially if the vehicle has not been driven for a long period of time or if the brakes are applied slowly.

They are also susceptible to humidity and may make strange noises after rain.

This noise is a resonance phenomenon caused by friction, so there is no surefire way to prevent it.

Replacing the brake pads and discs may help reduce resonance and noise, but this is only one possibility.

If the noise becomes unbearable, you may need to consider replacing your brake pads, but some noise is normal for disc brakes.

Is it normal for my brakes to vibrate periodically while driving? + -

If you frequently hear strange noises while riding, the noise may be caused by contact between the brake disc and pads. In this case, adjusting the brake position may improve the situation, so please use our assistance service or consult your nearest bicycle shop.

The charger gets very hot. + -

Please rest assured that the charger is working properly. When connected to the bike, a blue light will come on and when the battery is low, the light will turn red.

When charging is complete, the light will change from red to blue. Regarding the charger temperature, it may become hot during charging, but this is not a product defect.

Also, the higher the temperature, the more likely the charger will heat up, so we recommend charging it in a shady or cool place.

How low can the seatpost go? + -

If you place the seatpost battery near the chain it will work fine.

You can install it under the chain, but if your saddle is too low the battery will sink and stick out from the bike, so don't drop it under a curb, as the power cord may rub against the ground and cause a malfunction.

Are the headlights connected to the starter battery or a separate battery? + -

The headlights are connected to the starter battery and can be switched on and off from a nearby display.

How are your support systems limited? + -

In accordance with Japan's Road Traffic Act, the assist speed limit is 24km/h.

*Up to 10km/h, the ratio of bike to assist vehicle is "maximum 1:2". Above 10km/h, the assist vehicle's speed limit will prevent you from exceeding the speed limit. Above 24km/h, the assist system will stop.

The above values are standard values in Japan. If you pedal too fast, your power will decrease. If you pedal slowly uphill, you will utilize your power. Also, removing the limit is prohibited by law. We are not responsible for any defects or errors caused by editing or changes. These are not covered by the warranty, so we appreciate your understanding.

How do I adjust the assist level and gear shifting? + -
